Nestled in the valley between Levi and Katka Fells, the village of Sirkka and the Levi winter sports center is located 15 km north of the town of Kittila.

Though busy with tourists and much construction, the village has its own character. The predominately alpine architecture has been built with logs and granite to create a distinct feel of Lapland. Shops and boutiques line pedestrian walkways off the main streets.

Central to the village is Levi Fell and its 44 pistes for Alpine skiing.  Slope 1 ends in the heart of the village.

Everything is within walking distance and free ski buses circle the base of the fell to deliver skiers to the lifts and drop tourists off at restaurants.

Within the village, all streets have walking/cross-country skiing trails beside them.

The wilderness area around the village is crossed with 230 km of well groomed cross-country trails and 886 kilometers of snowmobile trails.
