Levi Center

The holiday village around Levitunturi is at the heart of the Levi experience. Often referred to as Levi Center (Levikeskus. in Finnish), it contains most of the hotels, shops, services and nightlife at Levi.

The densely built center is an urban oasis in the middle of a pristine widerness.

In Levi Center everything is within walking distance. Taxis are plentiful for those less athletically inclined. Free ski buses circle the fell to provide transportation to the ski slopes around the fell and bring those in outlying cabins into the Center.

Within the village, all streets have walking/cross-country skiing trails beside them.

Central to the village is Levi Fell and its 44 downhill ski slopes with 27 ski lifts, including 2 goloda lifts.  The front slope ends in the village center.

The wilderness area around the village is crossed with 230 km of well groomed cross-country trails and 886 kilometers of snowmobile trails.
