Reindeer Festival

Live reindeer, of course, visit the festival in Levi

As reindeer roundup time arrives in the fall, the annual Reindeer Festival comes to Levi. The weekend festival showcases products made from reindeer and other handicrafts from northern Finland.  There are cooking contests (with reindeer meat, of course), the crowning of a "Reindeer Girl" and a Lappish market.
